are you able to fireworks from the wilderness cabins?

Hi Sara! Staying in the Fort Wilderness Cabins is a real treat when it comes to a resort at Walt Disney World. The experience of this location will allow you to find peacefulness and quiet unlike anywhere else. If you are lucky you might wake up in the morning to find one of the local deer grazing outside your window or a flock of turkeys making their way through in search of a meal. It is my favorite place to be.

The cabin loops are all within the pine forests of the resort. You will certainly hear the Magic Kingdom fireworks as well as the Epcot ones and if the wind is blowing in the right direction you will think they are outside your door. But you will not be able to see the fireworks from the cabins.

An easy way to see some of the Magic Kingdom fireworks is to head for the Fort Wilderness beach. They will pipe in the music each night and although it isn't a clear view, as you have the old Discovery Island between you and the park, you can still see quite a bit above the tree line. The internal buses can get you there without a problem and there are plenty of lounge chairs to sit in to relax and enjoy the show. While you are there also try to see the nightly Electrical Water Pageant which will pass by at 9:45pm.

Heading to the beach is a great option for guests who do not wish to be in the park with the crowds to see some of the great Disney fireworks.
