will we be able to see the fireworks if we just have drinks at California grill lounge and not actually eating dinner at the restaurant? we have reservations at whispering canyon cafe and want to head over to contemporary after

    Welcome back, Faith!

How fun to be answering a question from a guest who shares my name :)  I also hope you are having fun making plans for your visit to Walt Disney World® Resort.

The California Grill Lounge area is arguably one of the best spots in the "world," and you can absolutely see the fireworks from this location. In fact, seating in the lounge area has the best view point. In addition, they dim the lights very low and pipe-in the music, you won't miss a thing. And if the weather is nice, you may also choose to step out onto the restaurant's dedicated observation deck for outside viewing.

A few tips to remember: seating is first come, first served and you're able to order drinks, sushi, or from the full menu should you need a bit of a snack while you're waiting.

I hope you find this helpful, Faith! And please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any additional questions you may have. I am here to help you plan all the magical details for a fantastic vacation.
