    Where would I be able to fill a water hydration bladder at the parks?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for your great question. I love that you are prioritizing staying hydrated on your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. This is so important on hot days in the Florida sun!

    Hydration backpacks are a wonderful way to make sure you have water handy while keeping your hands free. You are more than welcome to refill your backpack in a variety of ways in all four theme parks. Water fountains are usually available near most restroom locations which you can find when searching park maps online or on the My Disney Experience mobile app. I personally like to refill my water bottles with ice cold cups of complimentary water which you can receive at any Quick Service restaurant in the parks. There have also been some wonderful filtered water bottle filling stations popping up in the parks like those located in Pandora - The World of Avatar.
