    Hello, Nathan!

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for stopping by to ask us a question. I’m glad you’re planning a Disneyland Resort vacation soon, and I hope your family is getting excited for all the magic that awaits at the Happiest Place on Earth!

Yes, with valid theme park tickets and theme park reservations, your family should be able to leave the theme park you’re exploring and then return later in the day (as long as park capacity allows). My family often takes an afternoon break to rest in our Disneyland Resort Hotel room, enjoy some quiet downtime, or get a change of clothes before nightfall when the weather can be cooler. You don’t need a Park Hopper ticket to return to the same theme park you entered earlier that same day.

I hope this information helps you plan your practically perfect day in the parks, Nathan. If you have any other questions, please visit planDisney again as your pixie-dusted vacation approaches!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
