Hi Lya,
Welcome to planDisney!
Wow! Your arrival date is quickly approaching! It sounds as if you were able to register for the
Disability Access Service (DAS) prior to the recent changes. As long as you have a MyDisney account, you should be able to log into
My Disney Experience and then scroll to see those
DAS advance selections. If you have the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, you should be able to log into the app and click on future plans to see your advance selections. For future visits, be sure to review the changes to DAS.
If you cannot see the times for those advance selections in My Disney Experience, I suggest that you
call to speak to a cast member in Website Support. There have been a few times when I could not see selections linked in my account but was able to contact them and they could verify that the selections were linked. If you are unable to access the U.S. site because you are an international guest, here is an additional page with
contact information to Website Support.
Lya, I hope I understood your question correctly and that you find those times! Once you have that settled, finish those final preparations and get ready. If you will be at the Walt Disney World Resort® during Annual Passholder previews for Tiana's Bayou Adventure, I am beyond excited for you. Let the magic begin -
we are almost there!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
