Hello Natalie!
Welcome back again to planDisney! I am so excited about the return of
Dining Plans to Walt Disney World! I used to eat so well on the trips where I used the Dining Plan, especially if a Festival occurred. Those snack credits do go a long way in helping me eat through all the festival food kiosks around the World Showcase!
Now, this is something I did confirm with the powers that be and while in the past this was something that was possible, it appears that no longer can a Quick-Service meal be split into any snack credits. There is definitely carryover if anything is not used into the next day during your visit so you can save up all your snacks for your
EPCOT day but you will have to use that Quick-Service credit for a Quick-Service meal.
When I used the Dining Plan I would be very careful about planning out my meals so that I can get the best value. I made sure to look at menus and if I could I always chose a Character Meal for my Table-Service meal as those tended to have the best value and overall experience for my family. Be careful though as some Fine/Signature Dining meals such as
Cinderella's Royal Table cost 2 Table-Service meals.
I hope this helps and that you have a magical time!
Let me know if you have any questions!
Happy Planning!
