Am I able to connect each ticket account together to easily book Lightning Lanes in Disneyland, not Disney World?

Hello, Renee, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by to ask this great question. Sounds like you have a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth in the works - I love it!

I also love your plan to maximize the magic by utilizing Lightning Lanes. Lightning Lanes allow you to zip past those standby lines on popular attractions, so you can experience more on your visit to Disneyland. To easily book Lightning Lanes for everyone in your party, you'll need to download the Disneyland app as well as have everyone's park tickets linked to your MyDisney account. You can link park tickets via the Disneyland app or the Disneyland website. In the Disneyland app, click on the (☰) at the bottom right of the screen and select "My Tickets & Passes." Then click on the (+) sign in the top right corner and select “Link Tickets & Passes” to type in the theme park ticket numbers of those in your party where they will be added to your Disneyland app! If you'd like to link your tickets via the Disneyland website, log in to your Disney account and select "My Disneyland" in the top righthand corner of the main page. Next, click on "Link Tickets and Passes" from the drop-down menu. Lastly, enter the ticket ID numbers for everyone in your party and, Bibbidy Bobbidy Boo, you're done!

Once you have entered a theme park, and are ready for all the magic, you'll be able to book a Lightning Lane arrival time for anyone linked in your account!

Here's how you do it: As soon as you enter either theme park, you can use the Tip Board in the Disneyland app to choose a Lightning Lane Multi Pass attraction and book the next available time to ride it. Select those in your party who would like to experience that particular attraction. Make a reservation for one attraction at a time OR after two hours have passed, whichever comes first. So, Renee, I suggest you set yourself a reminder on your phone to make sure you reserve a Lightning Lane every two hours! This way you'll maximize your Lightning Lane Multi Pass and experience more on your Disneyland day.

As you continue your dreaming and planning, Renee, stop by with another question anytime! You've got a friend in us for helpful tips and heartfelt advice. We love sharing our experiences to help you have a magical Disney vacation!
