Welcome to planDisney! Travel plans change all the time, and I'm so glad to hear that you can still make the trip. I am also happy to report that you can change the Guests on a Disney vacation package. Let's walk through updating your reservation so you can get back to planning the best trip ever!
You can change the names of Guests on a vacation package up to 30 days before your arrival. Changes can be made in the 30-day window, but
may be subject to a small change fee. Some modifications can be
made online through the My Plans tab on the Walt Disney World website. You'll start by scrolling down to your existing reservation and selecting Change Reservation. There will be a Modify option next to your travel party information. Follow the remaining prompts to see if your stay can be changed online. If you cannot change the names online, Hakuna Mata! You can
call the Tickets and Hotel Reservations line to update your travel party. This is my preferred way of making updates. Speaking with a friendly Cast Member ensures the changes get made, and I don't accidentally remove any promotions!
