Am I able to cancel two park tickets for two people. They are aunts and one is in hospital with seizures

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Cyndi.

First off, I'm so sorry to hear about your family's health problems. I really hope everyone recovers fully as soon as possible. I am sending pixie dust and good thoughts your way!

Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets are non-refundable, Cyndi. You won't be able to cancel these tickets at this time. However, with that being said some tickets are able to be saved and used for a future Walt Disney World vacation. If you have a date in mind, you can actually change your ticket date range in your MyDisneyExperience account. Because tickets are date-based, there may be a slight upcharge for the new dates of the tickets. If you aren't sure of when your aunts will be able to travel to Walt Disney World, I would go ahead and call a Cast Member in the theme park ticket department at (407) 934-7639. They will be able to explain all of your options to you and how you can save those tickets for a later date.

I hope this helps point you in the right direction. If you have any other questions, please feel free to stop back by and ask me. I'm here to help.

Best to you and your family!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
