Hey there, Anthony! Welcome to planDisney!
It sounds like you might have had a change of plans for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. But no worries, Anthony! Adjusting your plans is as easy as
flying on a Magic Carpet! I'm happy to walk you through it.
Before we start, Anthony, please make sure you really do need to cancel your
Disney Park Pass reservation. With the
theme parks operating at reduced capacity right now, reservations have been hard to come by. Once you cancel it, you may not be able to reschedule it. I'd hate for you to decide that you needed it after all, only to find reservations are unavailable for the park you wanted to visit.
Okay, all set? Here we goooo!
To cancel your Disney Park Pass reservation, go into the
My Disney Experience app on your phone and find the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen. Then, you'll want to click on the tile that says "My Plans." That will bring you to a list of all of your upcoming vacation plans, like
Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations,
dining reservations, and your Disney Park Pass information. Click on the one you want to cancel (double check that you're choosing the right date!), then click on "Cancel." You can go back to "My Plans" to confirm that the reservation has been removed from your itinerary.
I hope this helps you finalize your vacation plans, Anthony. And you know what? You just might be making someone else's day a little more magical by opening up a reservation for them. That's
superhero stuff in my book!
Thanks for stopping by to see us, and please feel free to come back again if you have any more questions, superhero!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
