Am I able to cancel my annual pass?

Hi Felicia, and Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by and sending us your question.

I know that sometimes plans change. I'm sorry to hear you are interested in canceling your Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass. Once purchased, annual passes are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for, however, I do have some news that might help your situation. If you have not yet activated your annual pass, you have one year from the date of purchase to activate it. This will give you more time to plan for your visits to use it.

The magic awaits you at the Walt Disney World Resort and I hope you can enjoy it soon. Please let us know if you have planning questions. You have a friend in us at planDisney and we would be happy to help!

    Best Wishes,
    Lisa
