Am I able to buy a annual pass to a non Florida resident? I have been trying on your site but it always say "florida resident" on all of them. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Jane!

You should be able to purchase an annual pass for someone who isn't a Florida resident. We recently bought one-day non-resident tickets for family members, so I think it should work the same way. If you're logged into your My Disney Experience account, it's probably showing you Florida resident options by default. I did see on the Purchase Annual Passes page that there's a drop-down menu box that will allow you to select "Florida Residents" or "All Guests." If you change that to "All Guests," that should show you the options for purchasing passes for people who don't live in Florida.

I hope this solves your issue, Jane, but if all else fails, the wonderful Cast Members in Guest Services can help you over the phone. Here's a list of Walt Disney World contact numbers that may come in handy. And of course, you can always drop us a line at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We're happy to help!

    Have a magical day!

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
