Will I be able to build a lightsaber at Star Wars night on May 2nd? I didn't see any times past 550.

Bright Suns, Amber! Welcome to planDisney.

I am thrilled to hear that you are attending a Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite! Prepare to have a galactic adventure with exclusive Star Wars character sightings, one-of-a-kind activities, specially-themed foods and drinks, and much more. Did you know that with your ticket to this event, you can enter Disneyland Park as early as 6:00 p.m.? No reservations are required!

Regarding your question, I have checked the availability for Savi’s Workshop – Handbuilt Lightsabers on May 2 and can confirm that currently there are no reservations available after 5:50 p.m. I sincerely apologize for delivering this news. After checking other dates for this Disneyland After Dark event, I found that reservations were available after 6:00 p.m., which implies that the shop is normally open during the event.

My best recommendation would be for you to arrive early and go directly to Savi's Workshop upon entering Disneyland Park on the night of the event. On the reservation webpage, I learned that they may accommodate walk-ins, but it's dependent on availability. This does not guarantee a reservation but it does not hurt to try!

I hope this helps, Amber. May the Force be with you on your journey to build a lightsaber.

    Your Pal,
