Hi Julia,
Thank you so much for visiting planDisney with your question. We on the panel love helping guests to plan magical vacations!
You can absolutely bring a water bottle with you into the Walt Disney World theme parks, including
Magic Kingdom. The water bottle cannot be glass, but others are absolutely fine. My family always carries water bottles with us into Walt Disney World theme parks! We start with them full of icy cold water, and then refill throughout the day. Staying hydrated is so important in the heat in Florida!
While there are water bottle fillers available, there are not too many as they are recent additions to the theme parks. My fellow planDisney panelist Anne Marie recently wrote an answer with
where you can find some water bottle fillers at Walt Disney World theme parks.
I will let you know that also, you can request cups of ice water at quick service restaurants at Walt Disney World. Additionally, many of these locations will have a water station set up, especially on hot days. When we visited recently on a particularly hot day, my husband and I were taking a break from the heat on the patio of
Satu'li Canteen in
Disney's Animal Kingdom Park. There was a water station set up, and I was able to refill my water bottle by using the paper cups at the water station to refill my water bottle. It was so refreshing!
I hope this information is helpful for you, Julia. Stay cool and hydrated, and please let us know if you have any further questions!
