Hi there, Cheri!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for bringing your fantastic question.
I'm delighted to let you know that
outside food and beverages are allowed inside the parks of the Disneyland Resort with some limitations. Make sure you take a look at the
Park Rules before arriving. Glass containers, large coolers, and alcohol, for example, are not permitted. Most food and snacks are fortunately allowed, and as a parent of a preschooler, I always come prepared with a few snack items in my backpack for my little one. If you plan on packing more than just some light snacks, you may find it convenient to utilize the
locker rentals for food storage outside of the parks to return for a picnic lunch later in the day. A wonderful
picnic area is located right near these lockers outside of Disneyland Park, and it's a great place to escape the hustle and bustle for a leisurely meal.
Although I always bring some little snacks, I can't turn away some of my favorite treats when I see them in the parks. One of my newest finds is the Sweet Lumpia located in The Tropical Hideaway of Disneyland Park. These pineapple and cream cheese filled treats are covered in a cinnamon sugar pastry wrapping that is out of this world. It even comes with a sweet pineapple dipping sauce making it extra-decadent. For a lighter treat there are also some refreshing new soft-serve flavors here as well.
I hope this helps, and please return if you have any other questions. Hope your trip is practically perfect in every way!
