When will I be able to book a trip for 2023 to Disneyland? 1st time visiting and am excited to get started. Thanks!

Hi Jennifer, welcome back to planDisney!

Did I hear that right? First time visiting the Disneyland Resort? I'M SO EXCITED FOR YOU! You're going to have the BEST time! It seems like you're already a Walt Disney World Resort veteran, but I'm thrilled that you're going to be visiting "where it all started"!

When planning for a 2023 trip to the Disneyland Resort, you have a couple of options to consider. First and foremost, I highly recommend the Disneyland Resort Vacation Packages. These are super popular, as they allow Guests to bundle their Disneyland Resort Hotel and theme park tickets, making it very convenient. Currently, these vacation packages are available for booking through December 2022. The vacation packages for 2023 should hopefully become available towards the end of summer.

If you're looking to just purchase theme park tickets for now, and worry about accommodations later, please know that theme park reservations can be booked up to 120 days in advance. So once you have an arrival date set in mind, you can calculate when bookings will open.

And as you start planning for your 2023 vacation, please remember that dining reservations can be booked up to 60 days in advance! One restaurant I recommend you try to snag a reservation for is Blue Bayou Restaurant! This is an extremely popular restaurant only found in Disneyland Park, and it's very unique as it was built in conjunction with the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction, so you can see the Pirates of the Caribbean boats glide past you as you dine!

If you have any more questions at all, you know where to find us!
