Art of Animation Pool Resorts; night

    Are you able to book a room at art of animation that is not pet friendly, or are all rooms sometimes pet friendly? We have allergies in our party and don’t want to end up with an ER visit from pet dander.

    Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for asking a question about Disney's Art of Animation Resort. It's such a fun place to stay with the larger-than-life Disney Characters decorating the buildings and I can't forget to mention it’s home to the Big Blue Pool: the largest pool located at Walt Disney World Resort! Let’s take a look at your question about dog-friendly hotels. 

    Walt Disney World Resort currently welcomes dogs at the following resorts: 


    While the resort hotels are dog-friendly, there are specific areas of the resorts designated for Pluto’s pals. The majority of areas are dog-free to protect those with allergies. I spoke with a friendly Cast Member who recommended specifically requesting an area that is dog-free. Once the reservation has been made, you can request an allergy cleaning at no additional charge. This request can be make over the phone or over the chat feature on the website or on the My Disney Experience App. Be sure to have your resort reservation number handy so the Cast Member can notate your request.
