I have been able to book a reservation at chef mickeys at 8:25am for my upcoming trip in August. I will be staying at the Coronado springs resort. what is the best route to arrive on time? What time should I live the resort?

    Hi Bellaniris!

Chef Mickey's is so much fun!  We always love eating there on our trips.

Typically to get from Coronado Springs to the Contemporary Resort for Chef Mickey's, I would suggest taking a bus to the Magic Kingdom, and then riding the monorail to the Contemporary.

However, with such an early reservation, I don't think you will have time for this.  The buses usually start running an hour before the parks open.  The Magic Kingdom usually opens at 9 a.m., (but could possibly open at 8 a.m. if it has Extra Magic Hours that morning)  IF there are Extra Magic Hours and IF the buses start running at 7 a.m., you could probably make it.

Personally, I would plan to take a taxi there.  You can arrange for one to pick you up at your front desk.  The cost would be minimal since it's a short trip, and you wouldn't have to worry about being late or missing your reservation.  Then, you could use the buses and monorails to return to your resort, or hit the parks after your breakfast.

With an 8:25 a.m. reservation, I would plan for the cab to leave by 7:45 a.m.

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
