Hi Debby, and welcome to planDisney!

I am always a fan of planning as much of my Walt Disney World Resort vacations as far in advance as I can. It makes sense when you think about the budget and other logistics that need to be planned.

There is excellent news! In addition to being able to make your 2024 Walt Disney World Resort vacation reservations starting May 31, 2024 (for 2024), the Disney Parks Blog announced that the Disney Dining Plans are also being brought back for arrivals on or after January 9, 2024. 2024 will be a great time to visit for sure. When you make those resort reservations, you will be able to reserve a Savanna View wheelchair-accessible room at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. Of course, resort, pool, and standard views are also available. The choice is yours!
