Are you able to book a dinner reservation at a hotel that you aren't staying at? Thinking with the parks closing early that maybe after the parks we would go to a resort and have a dinner? Not sure this trip is turning out so different. So uncertain

Welcome back to planDisney, Stacey! I'm so glad to hear that you have a trip to Walt Disney World Resort coming up soon! You're right, I think your vacation this fall might look a little bit different than you're used to but I know for a fact that there is still so much magic to enjoy around every corner. If you've been to The Most Magical Place On Earth a bunch of times already, this will be a fun new experience to add to your memory book!

Stacey, I'm pleased to tell you that you are more than welcome to book a dining reservation at a Resort Hotel you're not staying at, and with the theme parks closing a little bit earlier than usual this fall I think that's a great idea! Dining reservations are currently available at some of my favorite restaurants like California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Beaches & Cream Soda Shop at Disney's Beach Club Resort, and Sanaa at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge! Remember that Disney Springs is also up and running with lots of amazing restaurants to try like Wine Bar George and The BOATHOUSE, and the transportation to and from there is so quick and easy no matter where you're starting your journey from so that's also a great option if you're considering dinner outside of the theme parks!

I hope this answers your question, Stacey, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation!
