Hi there, Kristen!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so excited to hEAR you have a Disney Cruise Line vacation coming up next month! You are going to have the most
FANTAStic time onboard and during your two days before at the
Magic Kingdom Park! Can I come too?!?!
It's so exciting once your onboard booking window opens and you can plan all of your onboard fun! Even after cruising many times with Disney Cruise Line, count down to that day. If you are unable to book everything that you were looking for initially, I do recommend checking back online often as other Guests’ plans do often change and if they cancel an activity it will immediately become available for another Guest to book. In the event your voyage date arrives and if you have still been unable to secure a ticket for the character meet and greet, I recommend going to Guest Services once onboard and inquiring about availability. From my experience, the Cast Members at Guests Services will not want to see one child get the chance to
meet some of their favorites onboard while the rest of the family does not. While not guaranteed, my hope is that some pixie dust will come your way and you’ll be able to secure the opportunity for your entire family to meet the characters onboard! While I know you will be so very excited to see and explore your home away from home for a week when you embark the Disney Fantasy, I recommend making the stop at Guest Services a priority on embarkation day.
Wishing you a magical and memorable adventure at sea! Say hi to Captain Mickey for me!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
