Hiya Elizabeth!
Smooth sailing on a family vacation is so important, I know a little extra space (not to mention an extra bathroom) can make a huge difference. I'm happy to help you with booking multiple staterooms!
To book more than one stateroom on the Disney Cruise Line website you'll want to select the cruise you're interested in and click "View Staterooms" to get to the screen that asks you to confirm your travel party. There will be a box where you add the adults and children in your first stateroom, and below that box you'll see "Add Another Stateroom" with a "+" symbol. Click there and you'll be able to add guests to a second stateroom, then you'll be able to select your staterooms one at a time.
Make sure you don't choose a guaranteed rate stateroom, since those are assigned by Disney Cruise Line and are not necessarily adjoining. As you're choosing your stateroom using the map of the ship you need to watch for the open door symbol between select staterooms and choose two stateroom numbers that have an inner connecting door. If you're worried about picking your staterooms I would just
call Disney Cruise Line and book with the help of a Cast Member. They'll be glad to help you!
There are so many fun activities for kids on a Disney Cruise! From meeting favorite characters to using their imaginations and creativity in the clubs designed just for them, they're going to love it. My kids really enjoyed using the
My Disney Cruise Adventure Booklet to get ready for our last cruise! It's a great way for them to learn about the ships, get a little safety information, and feel more prepared to set sail. Plus, coloring pages!
I hope this information helps you book your cruise, Elizabeth! Enjoy charting your course and let us know if you have more questions!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
