Hi there, Ed. Welcome to
planDisney! Thanks for dropping by with your question.
Ed, you should be able to edit your
PhotoPass pictures before downloading them using your smartphone device. What you'll do is open the
MyDisneyExperience app and select the three blue horizontal lines on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Next, you'll want to look for the "Photos" option and select that. This is going to bring up all of your Disney PhotoPass pictures that were taken during your trip. To edit a picture, you'll select that particular image. You should see a few options under that picture like "Edit", "Save", "Share" and "Buy Photo Gifts". To add stickers and borders, you'll select the "Edit" option. Keep in mind that certain images like magic shots are unavailable to edit since they are already enhanced in a special way.
If you are having trouble editing your photos on your phone, make sure you have the latest version of the MyDisneyExperience app downloaded to your phone. I know when I've had trouble in the past an update is an easy fix. If you are still having trouble after you've updated then I suggest reaching out to a Cast Member on the Disney PhotoPass support team at (407) 560-4300. They might have a few more ideas that will help.
A fun Instagram account to follow, Ed, is the
Disney PhotoPass official account. I've gotten so many ideas for cute family photos and magic shots to be on the lookout for while at the Disney Theme Parks. If you haven't already, I suggest heading over to their page to check it out!
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions about this, please feel free to
reach back out to me. I'm happy to help.
Have a magical week!
Jackie H.
