The best way to find any current promotions or special offers that are available directly through the Disneyland Resort is through the
Offers & Discounts page. While this isn't always the case, typically from what I've seen over the past few years is that they'll usually show offers in 2-3 "seasons" throughout the year: new year/spring (usually now through May), summer, and fall/end of year - with some exceptions. However, this remains the best place to get direct access to these special offers.
If instead you're opting to go through third-party sites for additional discounts then I've had the best luck with visiting those sites directly to see what they have to offer. One thing I would suggest when going this route is to make sure to read the full terms & conditions on what you're purchasing to make sure it meets your expectations. Specifically, I have seen some discounts offered through third parties in the past that have limited availability on when those tickets are able to be used throughout the year, so just make sure to see if that is mentioned in the fine print before making your purchase.
